The swim test for
Rockford Crew is Wednesday, March 7 from 3-5:30 at the high school pool.
Please bring a sweatshirt, sweatpants, towel, swimming suit, and
plastic
bag to put all your wet clothes in when you're done. It's very
important that you come on this day as it is very hard to to get pool
time to make up the swim test. Please meet at the Freshman Center
after school for practice, and everyone will head over to the high
school together when it is our turn to use the pool. |

We have a volunteer to chair the Garage Sale, so save up all your items
to sell. Thank you Tracy Grubb (Mack Solomon's mom) for chairing this
fundraiser! We will let you know when a date has been set and will need
volunteers to set items out, price the items, make change, and load up
the Goodwill truck afterwards. |

Mark your calendars! The Dock-in is scheduled for Saturday, March 3 at
9am. (Keep checking the email in case the time gets changed as we move
closer to the date!) We need parents to help with the dock in and rowers
to help clean up the boathouse and the area around the boathouse to get
ready for our season! Bring waders if you have them!

Spring
Crew-Rower meeting will be held on Monday, January 9 at RFC. Conditioning will
start January 10 at RFC. Novices will most likely be right after school. Times for
JV/Varsity will be determined by coaches. Parent meeting will be held
Wednesday, February 8 at 7pm at RFC. |

Congratulations to the Sr Men 66kg 4+ for their 3rd place finish! Sarah McLellan (coxswain), Dilan Itter, Isaac Blenman, Sam Berndt, and Sean Ebel. Congratulations to the Sr Women 4+ for their 4th place finish! Shelby Hodges (coxswain), Becca Markham, Kara Korson, Kendra Bilardello, Kate Fraser. Rams placed 25th out of 129 teams! Awesome job, Rams!! |
